Andrzej Mikulski from the beginning of his professional activity is handling resolution of disputes, especially the judicial disputes. From 2010 he is a recommended arbitrator of the Arbitration Court by the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. In judicial and arbitration  disputes he has represented many Polish and foreign entities, including many cases in the appellate courts and the Supreme Court.

The Chambers Europe guide has been published since 1990 by the renowned Chambers & Partners company from London, which prepares researches of the legal services market. Nowadays the ranking is covering 52 jurisdictions from Greenland to Russia and Turkey. The evaluation is based mainly on opinions of other lawyers and their clients that indicate experts in given categories on the basis of their experience.
