Polish-Hungarian brokerage event

15th November, 2012, under Enterprise Europe Network by the Chamber of Trade and Industry in Cracow took place the Hungarian-Polish brokerage event in food industry and a conference with the participation of the Hungarian commercial attache.

During the conference, Dr. Anna Wiśniewski, the commercial counselor of Hungarian embassy in Warsaw, presented the current status of Polish-Hungarian trade relations. Our law firm, in the speeches of attorneys-at-law Andrzej Mikulski and Małgorzata Majkowska, explained current trends as for choosing a form of commercial activity on the Polish market and issues related to the asset liability and tax regulations, as the decisive factors leading to the popularity of the limited liability corporation, the limited partnership and the partnership limited by shares.
