Presentation for the Business Centre Club

At the request of the Business Centre Club, on 13 December 2004 Andrzej Mikulski gave a presentation at Polonia House on the Market Square in Cracow on issues concerning the sources of Polish and European law, contractual provisions concerning the choice of venue for disputes within EU member states, contractual language clauses under the amended Polish Language Act, and issues related to the language of the court and the language of the dispute.
