Correction or completion of construction of a building

Civil Code Art. 636 §1 may properly apply to a construction contract with respect to hiring another person to correct or complete construction of a building; the main ground for applying this provision is the existence of a contractual obligation between the contractor and the investor (Art. 647) as of the time of hiring another person to correct or continue execution of the work (or other investment task).
